Shortage in return

Please let us know which items were missing from your delivery or which items were not booked on your return. If you received your package damaged, please send us photos of the damaged package stating the missing items to: info@esprit.co.uk Thanks for your help.

IMPORTANT - When will I be refunded for my returns?

Since a lot of orders are being received at the moment, there may be delays of up to 7 days while processing your returns. You will of course be informed immediately by email as soon as we have processed them. Thank you for your patience.

There is no invoice in my parcel

That is correct. We no longer include an invoice in your parcel for reasons of sustainability. This alone means that several thousand less trees have to be felled each year.

The invoice is attached to your shipping confirmation e-mail as a PDF document which you can save in digital form. Of course you can also print out the invoice yourself at any time if you so wish. We would, however, ask that you consider whether it is absolutely necessary to do so.
