IMPORTANT - When will I be refunded for my returns?

Since a lot of orders are being received at the moment, there may be delays of up to 6 days while processing your returns. You will of course be informed immediately by email as soon as we have processed them. Thank you for your patience.




Important information - When will my order arrive?

Due to the current high volume of orders due to our Black Friday Sale, the dispatch of your order may currently be delayed by up to 10 days from the order date.

However, as we are unable to prioritise individual orders, we kindly ask you to refrain from enquiries about delivery times at the moment in order to relieve the burden on our employees.

As soon as we ship your order you will of course receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as usual.
