How can I change/cancel an order?

You can change the delivery address, add a voucher and cancel individual items or the entire order in My Esprit within a short period of time after receiving your order. But you'd better hurry. Your parcel will be packed faster than you think.

However, it is not possible to subsequently change the size or colour of an ordered style or to add another item. In this case, we recommend that you simply cancel the order and place a new one with the desired styles.
