We’ll check that all your data is complete as soon as you have sent your order. If everything checks out, you’ll immediately receive an e-mail with all information about your order.
Your order is then sent directly to our warehouse where our specialists turn your virtual shopping bag into reality and find all your items.
You’ll receive an order confirmation by e-mail once the order has been successfully put together. We will of course inform you if your item is out of stock.
When the real shopping bag is full, it’s then prepared for dispatch. Everything is put safely into a package together with your personal documents, such as the invoice and returns label.
Your package is now ready for dispatch and is loaded our logistics partner’s truck to be delivered to you.
